General terms and conditions of the congress

Article 1: natural and legal persons concerned by the general conditions of the congress

The organisers of the congress are the members of the boards of YRIN (Young Researchers INMG) and CLYRA (CRCL Young Researchers Association).

The participants are all natural or legal persons present on the website hosting the congress during the congress or as long as the hosting site is accessible.

Speakers are all natural or legal persons presenting talks, posters or debate sessions.

The website hosting the congress designates the NextTechAR internet platform on which the congress will be hosted.

Article 2: processing of user information

The organisers of the congress, namely the YRIN (Young Researchers INMG) association in partnership with the CLYRA association (CRCL Young Researchers Association), are collecting data to ensure the smooth running of the event and to inform participants about their registration or upcoming event (newsletter). 

The data collected will be communicated only to the organisers of the congress and to the website hosting the event. The information collected on the registration form will be recorded in a computerised file for the organisation of the congress and will be kept for a period of 10 years following the legislation on the conservation of accounting documents. 

You can access and rectify the data concerning yourself by logging into your user account. The password choice is the user's responsibility, who will ensure that a sufficient security level is defined.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the general regulations on data protection, the customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning him/her.

Article 3: intellectual property

All speeches during the congress, as well as all documents and logos that you may receive on this occasion, are protected by copyright in accordance with articles L.111-1 and following of the "Code de la propriété intellectuelle". Violation of these rights, notably by capturing scientific data communicated during the event and disseminating it without written authorisation from the author, will lead to legal proceedings that may lead to sanctions. You will be held criminally liable for counterfeiting if you do not respect the copyrights during your use of the documents or interventions.

You are also solely responsible for the use you make of the interventions and documents, as well as for their understanding. 

Article 4: provision for speakers

Videos, posters and any other method of communicating scientific data provided by the speakers will be published on the website hosting the event for the event duration. Speakers should therefore be aware of the potential risk of leakage of these data and the problems this may pose for their future publication. The organisers of the congress, i.e. the board members of the YRIN and CLYRA associations, as well as the website hosting the event, cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by such a fact. Students should ensure that they have the agreement of their supervisor before choosing to present their research data.

Article 5: responsibility of the participants

The YRIN and CLYRA associations decline all responsibility for the content of the conferences, visual or audiovisual supports, proposed by the participants on the NextTechAR platform used during the congress. 

REMINDER: the congress organisers reserve the right to delete all or part of the user content, at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without prior warning or justification. The user will not be able to make any claim in this respect.
